How do you pull up the cheat bar for Tropico 3?

For Sim City you press shift, ctrl, and c. But that doesnt work for Tropico. So how do I use the cheats?How do you pull up the cheat bar for Tropico 3?

There is no cheat window. The cheats are words; for example, to have free and instant build, the cheat is "speedygonzales." So when you are in the game, no matter the speed (even if you are paused), simply type in the letters s p e e d y g o n z a l e s



That is it. You just type in the cheat word while in the game. No cheat windows. I do not believe there is a list of cheats to bring up in-game; you just have to find out what they are from sites like Gamespot.
