Should I get Tropico 3 or prototype for the pc?

I like games like sim city type games and i like open world games so both are a option. The price is also a factor.Should I get Tropico 3 or prototype for the pc?
I suggest u get prototype first better storyline, have more fun while tropico 3 is just about sims type and you will get bored of it somehow,

or even if u finished it i don't think you will play it again as for prototype you might. And Here are the prices:

prototype on pc is horrible because its fps wil slow down if u have alot of HID devices on your computer
