Why isnt tropico 4 on playstation 3?

I used to own an xbox and had tropico 3 and really liked the game. Then my xbox broke again for the third time so i got pissed and bought a ps3 instead. I headd about tropico 4 coming out and really wanted it but the stupid developers didnt put it on ps3! Is there any chance they will release it for ps3 in the future because i really want this game.Why isnt tropico 4 on playstation 3?
