Hi, iv been playing Tropico 3 and have no idea what use the swiss bank account has. It seems pritty usless but it must have a point. please help :)Whats the point of the swiss bank account on Tropico 3?
There are certain game missions that require it, but for the most part the swiss bank account is used as a bonus in scoring. It counts a lot more for scoring purposesthan merely having that money in the regular treasury. You can also think of it as a "retirement" account for if your tropican dictator is overthrown. In the Original tropico game, if your dictator was overthrown you can be seen leaving the Island with a suitcase full of cash.
